Join us for a transformative three-hour clinic led by Coach Brooke DeRosa and Amanda Ferranti, designed to empower female soccer players. This clinic will equip your player with the tools to confidently settle into the rhythm of the season, maintaining composure both on and off the ball.

Clinic Highlights:

Develop the ability to stay calm under pressure

Improve ball control and execution in high-stress situations

Learn strategies to manage emotions and regulate the body’s energy levels

5:00 - 5:15 PM Activation

The players will warm up by engaging in a competitive Rondo. This is an excellent activitation activity because it focuses on all facets of the game.

5:15 - 6:45 PM Decision-Making Training

We will teach the players how to scan for important visual cues in order to make effective decisions both on and off the ball. Additionally, we will promote composed actions and discuss how players can overcome potential obstacles, like fears or doubts.

6:45 - 7:15 PM Mental Skills Training

The players will be given an educational and experiential lesson on proper deep breathing techniques. They will complete worksheets to identify effective ways to regulate energy levels before, during, and after competitions.

7:15 - 8:00 PM Game

Free play is essential for young players to develop their decision-making autonomy. During the game portion of the clinic, players can apply what they’ve learned while enjoying the game with their friends.
