Summer Camp Details

Join us for a transformative camp experience led by Coach Brooke DeRosa and Amanda Ferranti, designed to empower female soccer players. This special camp is designed to help young female soccer players build confidence, develop skills, and embrace their love for the game in a supportive, all-girls environment. Through engaging activities and expert coaching, players will strengthen their mindset, improve decision-making, and step onto the field with greater self-belief.

9:00-9:15 AM Activation

The players will warm up by engaging in a competitive Rondo. This is an excellent activitation activity because it focuses on all facets of the game.

9:15-10:45 AM Decision-Making Training

We will teach the players how to scan for important visual cues in order to make effective decisions both on and off the ball. Additionally, we will discuss the connection between scanning and trusting ones abilities to execute actions/decisions.

11:00 AM -12:00 PM Mental Skills Training

The players will be given an educational and experiential lesson on what it means to be confident. The discussion will bring awareness to how we can control our character development and use specific mental skills to boost esteem and enahnce performance. They will also have time to have a light snack.

12:00-1:00 PM Game

Free play is essential for young players to develop their decision-making autonomy. During the game portion of the clinic, players can apply what they’ve learned while enjoying the game with their friends.
